Exchange, Refund and Returns

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: At Nova SportsGear, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund. This guarantee is applicable to all items purchased directly from our website.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: Items must be in unused condition, identical to how you received them, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed, while equipment, like paddles and balls, should be in new, unmarked, and unused condition.

Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns. This includes paddles personalized with names, specific weights, or any custom specifications. Clearance items, used equipment, and items labeled as final sale are also ineligible for refunds and returns.

Defective or Damaged Equipment: Should you receive a defective item or if a product develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement or refund. Contact our customer service team to initiate the process.

Shoe Returns: Shoes tried on indoors for fit and comfort assessment are returnable, provided they show no signs of wear. They must be returned in their original box and packaging.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to specific items if returned. Such items and their associated restocking fees, if any, will be clearly indicated at the time of return.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect item was dispatched. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item to our warehouse.

Refund Processing: Allow up to 15 business days from the receipt of your return for processing and the issuance of your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
